Photography: We have taken great care to accurately photograph the finishes and colours of our Andalios products. However, slight variations may occur between the photographic representation and the actual product due to their handmade nature, and glazes/colours may vary.

Pricing: Prices of Andalios products may be subject to change without prior notice. If you are a retailer, please contact us via email to request a current line sheet.

Availability: While we strive to maintain availability, Andalios does not guarantee the availability of any item and reserves the right to discontinue or modify products at any time.

Lead Times: Lead times are estimated, and occasionally, products may become backordered or experience delays. These times are calculated from the date of payment, and if products are in stock, they will ship within 2-5 days.

Custom Orders: All special orders and items made to order are non-refundable once the order is placed.

Collaborations: At Andalios, we love collaborating with other designers, artists, and makers. If you have an idea you'd like to share, please feel free to get in touch with us.

Payment Terms (wholesale): For wholesale orders, a 50% deposit is due at the time of order, and the remaining balance is due before shipping, unless is agreed otherwise.
